Kihei Vacation Condo
Enjoy a truly rewarding vacation experience at an affordable rate at our Kihei vacation condo in the heart of Kihei Maui.

Our condo is our second-home and is not a typical vacation rental. We have many of the comforts of home like a hi-def 47" flatscreen TV with High Def channels and hi-def PVR (ie. TIVO) system, Free high-speed internet, Free long-distance calls to Canada and the US mainland, a reverse osmosis water system (don't need to buy bottled water), a fully-equipped kitchen, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers.

There are views of the ocean and Haleakala from the Lanai. Everything, including grocery stores, beaches, movie theatres, yoga studio, tennis, volleyball, rollerskating rink, surfing beach, restaurants, bars, bicycle rentals, surfboard rentals are all within easy walking distance. We actually encourage our guests not to rent a car and try a car-free experience in Kihei (that's what we do for 3 months each year!). The condo is equipped with a pull-cart that makes walking to and from the grocery store easy. There is a flat road (South Kihei Rd) that extends along the coastline and connects a visitor to everything they need to enjoy their stay in Maui. There is a bike lane on this road that makes using a bicycle to get from place to place a fun, eco-friendly, and safe experience.

Here's a live cam of the beach 2 blocks from the condo: http://www.mauirealestate.net/video.html

If you decide to try a car-free vacation, there is a shuttle that will take you from the airport to the condo (http://www.speedishuttle.com/) powered by biodiesel.

For travelling outside of Kihei, one option if you are not renting a car is public transit. The fare is $1 and there is a stop conveniently located at the end of our street. (http://www.co.maui.hi.us/index.asp?NID=605)

If you decide to rent a car, you can get one at the airport, or right in Kihei. I'd suggest "Kihei Rent a Car" (http://www.kiheirentacar.com/) and I also suggest renting one of their older models - It costs less and the car won't look like a rental car. This is good for helping to blend in as a local - especially in tourist spots where break-and-enter thieves typically target rental cars (ie. dodge neon etc) because they are tourists. You'll have your own parking stall #41 for the condo.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Mahalo!
